Can I see the materials before placing an order?

Absolutely! We offer sample packs so you can feel and see the materials in person before deciding. It's a great way to make sure your signage perfectly suits your event.

How long is your turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, depending on your order size and design complexity. For best results, we recommend ordering early — especially during peak wedding season.

Can I place a rush order?

Yes — we do accept rush orders when possible. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and rush fees.

Can I preorder for a specific delivery date?

Yes! We accept preorders and can arrange delivery for a specific week or time window, so your signage arrives when you need it — not too early, not too late.

Do I get to see a proof before it's made?

Yes! We send a digital proof for all custom designs before we go into production. You'll have a chance to check spelling, layout, and styling.

Can I return or exchange custom orders?

Because our products are made-to-order and personalised, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with an error on our part.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across the UK. For international orders, please contact us directly to check shipping options and timelines.
