Charlotte was incredible from the first message, I had a dozen questions and requests for my order to be customised to what I wanted for an anniversary present and nothing was too big or too small. Charlotte tracked down the exact colour I wanted, made samples to show me what the outcome would be (after I started questioning the colour I chose myself) and even with my tight deadline to get them in time for my anniversary and my late final approval of my vow plaques, Charlotte went the extra mile, pulled a magic trick or something amazing and got them to me in time! They came out so perfectly and beautifully, I couldn't be happier. It feels like Charlotte's talent and execution on the final product has breathed new life into the vows my partner and I made to each other years ago. Infinite thank yous!
